• All account assets are held by an independent custodian, such as an independent trust company, or Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., who provides safeguarding of the holdings and facilitates transactions at institutional pricing on behalf of Clients.
• Power-holding Clients maintain full asset transfer and withdrawal ability.
• Strategic Wealth Management Solutions, LLC, as Adviser only, never holds or possesses any assets within the account. The Adviser's role is solely to implement strategy and coordinate transactional activity within the account.
